PATTERSON Yesterday as we were almout to ship the last third of our yearlmooli material to the printer we heard the news that Dr. Walter Patterson would he leaving Drury at the end of this school year to assume his new duties as Principal of Needham High School. We, as his last graduating class here, wish him all the happiness and good fortune he so richly deserves. We will never forget his leadership, his guidance, his deep concern with the education of all the hoys and girls at Drury, and his wonderful understanding of teen-age hoys and girls. We are sorry we could not express our regrets at your departure, Dr. Patterson, at the heginning of our class hook, hut maylre it is rather more appropriate to say good-hye on the final page. ln thinking of Dr. Patterson, this little poem comes to mind. '6What is the real good?', I asked in musing m.ood.
