This year, Glendola Barnes was elected editor of the yearbook and Peggy Cox co-editor. Editing the Gusher is a job that lasts throughout the school year. Not only is the planning of the book undertaken but the financing involves hard work by everyone on the Gusher Staff. When school starts, the yearbook personnel go to work. Yearbook planning, operating the concession stand at the football field, selling advertising to the businessmen, selling subscriptions, the taking of pictures, publishing the weekly Teen-News, selling popcorn at the basketbaIl'games are only a few of the many ac- tivities undertaken by the Gusher Staff in presenting the yearbook to you. Our desire is to give you a book that you will like and one you can compare with other school yearbooks and say with sincerity ours is the best! Sponsor of this year's Gusher is Mr. R, M.
