Cl, XRENCIC CRAY l'rinf'ipal of Linrnln nml Ellison l'flvrn1'ntnry Srlmuls MISS MAY CALKINS Principal nf Washington Hlvmvnmry School FRANK D. HESS Superintendent of Schools For many years the senior classes of Drum- right High School have sponsored the publica- tion of our yearbook. Traditionally, its quality has been highg and I find that the class of '47 has kept the pace and upheld the standards. As we thumb through these pages from time to time,'we'll be reminded of a school year and all of its many activities. There were ups and downs, successes and failures, encouragements and fmstrationsg but through it all we lived hap- pily and leamed much. Congratulations to class, staff and sponsor for a big job well done. A. C. Wiemer. It is with pleasure I extend to the Sponsor and Gusher Staff my congratulations for the ex- cellent work they have done in preparing an- other outstanding yearbook. Looking forward to the coming years, we can all help our school by working together to create the most wholesome school spirit. As graduates and students, it will be necessary to put self be- low the welfare of D. H. S. in our thinking and acting if we want to have the greatest possible success in all of our activities and general school program. Students, graduates, faculty members and friends of D. H. S. have my best wishes. Frank D. Hess. A. C. WIHMER Principal of High School 'X W'-F' Row 1: Sidney' Kruker. Bill blnolr--. llmrle-s Fmitln. lhuul Holm f 5 2 bow, Nl y rlmlvnr- Garner, rn.
