SEASON FOR SUCCESS '74 THINCLADS! L.TO R,: Marilyn Lacey, Linda Zottnick,Annette Clark, Ted Skinner, Joni Spackman, Sabra Dagel, Miss Bonogofsky, Sue Schulz, Pat Glennon, Terri Adler, Ed Coughlin, Joe Bradshaw, Debbie Graybeal, Tim Denman, Janet Hill, Susie Skaggs, Debbie Henderson, and Jeff Conn. DHS Thinclads of 74 had a super-successful season this spring. Both boys and girls worked out hard, come rain or shine, (and most of the time they had rain!) Boys' Track, coached by Mr. Anderson and Mr. Svee, had eight track lettermen for the season. All of their running, jumping, and throwing really paid off at District Track Meet in Superior when the boys were awarded the first place trophy. A total of 353 points were chalked up for the boys throughout the season to District, and they went on to bigger and better things at Divisional and State. Girls' Track, coached by Miss Bonogofsky, also had a first in the '74 season. Terri Adler took fifth in the long jump at District to qualify her as the first girl from DHS to at- tend Divisional. Also the girls' 440 relay team tied for fifth place at District. The look of determination!! Jeff Conn Drummond High is proud of these gray-clad teams and all of their success in track and field!!
