4-if HAHNEMANN UNIVERSITY The Academic En virons road and Vine was our address for four years, while we slaved away in pursuit of medical knowledge. Members of the Class of 1987 will not soon forget the early morning awakenings to attend lectures in Geary Auditorium during our pre-clinical years. lf the three-day-old cup of coffee from Bonanza was not enough to wake us for the ensuing lectures, the loud horns of the Vine Street traffic as it intended to end our lives certainly did the job. On cold, windy winter days, classmates could be seen helplessly blown out of control in the 15th Street Wind Tunnel. Logan Square The Logan Square section of Philadelphia is right in Hahnemann's back yard. In the center of the square is one of the city's most impressive fountains tit is rumored that many a Hahnemann student set out to break the Olympic freestyle record after a long Thursday evening at Doc Watson'sl. Flanking the fountain are the Philadelphia Museum of Art and the Franklin Institute, where one may go to expand one's fund of general knowledge.
