A Glance Back The MEDIC is fifty years old this year, and I am proud to have been part of its tradition. The MEDIC has now been published continuously for half a century. I don't think I had ever realized how much this book holds until I read the MEDIC of 1928. A real sense of comradery flows through their book and reading it, one can feel the bonds that held the sixty three of them together. Over the years, the MEDIC has been the historian and recordkeeper for those who came and went at Hahnemann. To some of you, this may seem like just another yearbook, but to me, it is the beginning of another half century of tradition. Throughout this book, we will try to recreate some of the flavor of that first MEDIC fifty years ago, as we remember this year with you. We wish to express our deep gratitude and appreciation to Merin Studios for their help in producing this book. We wish to thank Sydney I.
