Students from gradesl through 10 come to her, in small groups, to have special help with their personal reading problems. Standarized tests and teacher evaluation, along with special reading tests, identify the reading problems. These same tools in- dicate this program is highly successful. Mrs. Cheryl Roland is the teacher aid this year. C URRI C UL UM ENRI CHMEN T Gail Barnes Enriching the curriculum of the students enrolled in this pro- gram has proved to be an easier task this year due to the following reasons: the program being a year older, knowing the students as individuals, and knowing their capacities in various areas. All twelve students have progressed in some way, emotionally or ed- ucationally, mainly because they wanted to, and without their will, there is little that can be done.
