Emceed by Chaplin Pain, the Bowl swung into action on December lst at 8:00 P.M, The Sinister Minister threw such questions at the three teams as, What did the Englishman Thomas De Quincey confess to?', The answer? Drug addiction, since De Quincey wrote Confessions of an English Opium-Eater? ,wo LOIS ackson fixes Cathie Huntoons hair as Cissy Morell stands by for assistance Nancy Howe walks down the aisle. 127 5 DRE W ED FASHION SHO W Early spring brought with it the annual Drew Eds Fash1on Show which provided the Drew campus community with a preview of wearing apparel to be featured for men and women this summer The show was the result of a cooperative effort on the part of The Clothes Horse ohn Fries, Kath er1ne Barley Kurtz Men s Shop, and the Suburban Shoe Store Mrs Lillian Wr1ght of the Bottle Hill Beauty Salon served as coordinator and moderator for the show Daffodils damask and demi tasse transformed the Coffee Shop into a fashionable salon Models members of the campus community were able to mingle with the guests giving them a closer look at the clothes on display A special treat was the add1t1on of Mrs Florence Weatherby to the models Virginia Warfield models the latest in spring hats.
