The students of the Huntington Intermediate NJHS inducted the students from Dozier. The Sponsor, Mrs. Carolyn Smith, has put many hard hours of work into the Honor Society to make it suc- cessful . This year, the Honor Society was made up of many committees such as Honor Roll, Feature Teacher of the Month, and Bulletin Board. They sponsored many activities including a program for Senior Citizens at Patrick Henry Hospital, induction ceremonies in the fall and spring, a spring picnic, and co-sponsored a faculty tea during American Education week. The faculty council for the National Junior Honor Society includes: Elaine Ball, Sarah Brown, Mary Cham- bers, Earnestine Davis, Jane Evans, Syl- via Olney, and Mary Tomaine.
