I continually fail to recognize the consequences of excessive involvement. When this occurs, essential responsibilities are overlooked and people and their feelings ignored and trampled upon. When I first came to DHS I concentrated fully on my teaching duties. As these began to run smoothly. I became more aware of and participated in school activities.
