Miss Mildred Laird has dedicated forty years of her life to teaching, and Downingtown has been fortunate in having her smiling face and adept teaching ability for twenty of them. While here she has selflessly directed plays, chaired the English Department and advised the production of the yearbook. We wish her many more years of good health and happiness during her retirement, and thank her very much for helping the class of ’68 produce a yearbook of which we are very proud.
