Storehouse of Knowledge Quiet is the watchword for those who use the library to prepare that homework One of the changes at Downey High this year was the enlargement of our library, The room is now almost twice its former size, and has many more books and reference materials. Hardly a week goes by that we don't have to visit the library for some reason or other. This room has been the preparation place for many a test. People are always coming in to write author reports, check out books for out- side readingp and at term paper time, as all iuniors can testify, you are lucky to get in the door, let alone make it to the book shelves. It is times like that that we appreciate our library.
