Their Voices Sound 4 Through Council Halls ' The Council sponsored a Father4ond-Son Night ot the last football game, and also a banauet tor the champ onship water polo teams. Another first this year at Downey, was the nutrition period which was brought about through the ettoris of the Council, This new a:'dI'Q'on to the school program was well ac- cep ed by the sudent body and will probably become a perrnanent part ot Qt.
