It Takes a Lot of Effort .F ks! ln addition to the regular upkeep of grounds and equipment, one of the biggest jobs accomplish- ed this school year was the rehabilitation of what had been the Junior High administration building. lts outer surface was peeled off, reinforcing steel i .4-QQQL.- -- The bus comes to take Vic to school, and takes him home. Buildings have to be cleaned, equipment has to be repaired. New classrooms have to be provided for an increasing number of students. How does all this come about? Port of Vic's curiosity was answered when he learned about Mr, Thomas Flem- ing, the plant engineer, and the peo- ple who work with him and under his general direction, shown in the pic- tures to the left. ln the top picture are: Top row: Plant Engineer Thomas Fleming Mrs. Grace Tucker, secretary, S. Stages of this work can be seen in the pictures below. The build- ing is expected to be ready for use when school re-opens in September. l' ,2
