With the growth of the Downey community still swelling the number of students of high school age, an expansion program has been necessary, and this has occupied most of their attention during this year. The board meets regularly once a month, but the president, Mr. Neil T. Rogers, can call a special meeting whenever it is necessary to deal with important business.
