MR W WRIGHT l Vice Principal Senior High There are many duties which go with the title of Vice Principal lt is Mr Wrights responsibility to act as general resgistrar n Senior High to advise students on the arrangement of schedules to supervise extra curricular activi ties to make home contacts with parents regarding boys adjust ment problems and to act as ad viser to the student body govern ment The four cornerstones of success are Character. Health, Personality and Knowledge. The first three of these qualities have to do with the individual. They are part of his life and must be developed by him. The fourth, knowledge, is out- side of the individual. lts acquisition depends upon the developing of certain personality qualities, chief of which are ambition, a desire for knowledge and a desire to render service. Without ambition and a desire for knowledge there is no incentive to acquire an education. The lack of incentive for knowledge is no doubt a nation's greatest handicap. Since three fourths of these fundamentals relate to the individual, it would seem that three fourths of an individuaI's success would depend upon the human element and one fourth upon knowledge.
