SUPPLY The Downes Supply Department consists of SI, S2 , S3 and S4 It is called the service dept., and is responsible for procurement, receipt, inspec- tion, storage, issue and accounting for general stores, repair parts, equip- ment, ship ' s store stock, clothing and substance items.
