Rah-Rahs The Cheerleaders support the Mustangs at home and away events in football and basket- ball. The faculty judge tryouts in the spring, and the new cheerleaders practice during the summer. This year, each squad was enlarged to 8 members, and a new group, the Frosh- Soph was added. Their major function is to promote sports- manship and encourage school spirit and pride. The Girls Behind the Guys at South Thirty six girls who tried out lost spring were picked for the Fillie Squad, Downers South's Drill Teom. They provided holf-time entertainment with their donce routines ond morching moneuvers.
