Blanche Howland, offer students a chance to expand their literary knowledge, develop appreciation of foreign cultures, and partici- pate in world communications. Four years of training in French. German. Spanish, and Latin are offered. In the modern languages, stu- dents study authentic accents as heard on tape record- ings in the language laboratories.
