physical education Point your toes was an expression commonly heard in the physical education classes when students received instruction in the trampoline. Under the direction of Mr. Guy Wellman, department head, the physical education department provided en- joyment and healthful activity for all pupils. Freshmen and sophomores entered into baseball, basketball, and volleyball games, while all juniors were instructed in the fundamentals of first aid.
