HI-Y SURGES AHEAD I nder ihe dynamic leadership of President Chin-Ho llanhart. Hi-N has surged ahead hy leaps and hounds, palhv is now a forgotten word at the “V” according to Vice President Pill Eigner, as members and officers are becoming super-active. This year, Hi-V had many interesting speakers ranging from Game Warden Pat Crabtree to Pro-am Karate black-belt John Petry. Vie also cooperated with VISTA for an insulation project for sub-standard housing and sent delegates to outh-in-Government in Columbus.
