FUTURE SHOCK—FMC AND FTA This year ihe Future Medical Careers club was great. W e sold candy, went to nursing homes, and had a lot of guest speakers at our meetings. A field trip to Akron I niversitv and our annual banquet completed our year. A special thanks to the members of the club for making FMC a rewarding experience. Co-Presidents, Kim Murphy Sushila Tripathv Future Teachers of America had an extremely active and eventful year. The club engaged in various fundraising projects and visited several universities. We gained experience by participating in a teacher assistance program with the elementary schools. Through its many activities the club has increased its membership to 30 and is becoming one of the school’s most energetic organizations. Mr. Kane and Mr. Whitis, the club's advisors, deserve alol of credit for the clubs’ growth. Officers for the 76-77 school year were: Mary Lou Petters, Joann Jenkins and Carmie Monaco.
