MR HENRY J. MILLER MR. SAMUEL R. McHElNRY JR Supervising Principal Principal The dominant characteristic of education is the desire to learn on the part of the person seeking edification. Without this desire, whether motivated through an external source or not, there is definitely resistance to the receiving of learning. It is impossible for one person to learn for another. The process of learning is only possible through individual action within the individual. Schools are but buildings in which members of the faculty attempt to assist the pupils in profit from the experiences and education of the teachers. The most elaborate of structures does not necessarily imply the highest grades of learning are progressing therein. Rather it implies the facilities are present which might make it possible for a well founded education. Each school has its own level of learning. This is based upon the pupil and not the building or faculty. With this in mind it is sincerely wished that each pupil will take full advantage of the facilities, the experience and education of the faculty to the fullest extent.
