Mr. Miller is a graduate of Keystone State Teachers College and received his B.S. Degree at Muhlenberg College. He received his M.A. Degree at Columbia University and also attended Pennsylvania State College and Temple Univer- sity. Mr. Leib received his B.S. and M.S. Degrees at Millersville and Temple University.
