The young people and students of today are often looked down on and criticized to the point of being called irresponsible and self-centered, just to name a few. But look around Douglass High School, what you see will tell an entirely different story. The opportunity is presented for each and every student who will accept the challenge. Many students take advantage of this opportunity by joining clubs and becoming involved in organi- zations and activities that interest them. High School Students are young adults who can accept responsibility, give of themselves and help others mean while. Of course not all young people are like this but then again, neither are all adults. 32 - Clubs H.E.R.O.- L to R Kneeling, Winfred Coffee, James Moore.
