Class Officers: Derek Lichlyter, Shannon Hiebert, Mike Powell, Bart Fisher. The class of '88 could brag that they hadn't gotten cocky, for this quality seemed to be reserved for the juniors and seniors. The year was a different experience for them because they had earned a little more respect from the upper classmen. They didn't feel picked on like they had when they were freshmen. Until now they were just here because the significance of high school hadn't hit them. They began to think about going to college and worrying about getting decent grades. When this sophomore class dreamed of a goal they displayed a great deal of dedication to achieving it. Members predicted a good deal of success for their class. They were anxious for the end of school but being with their friends and doing as well as they could was important. Bart Fisher displayed his skill in shop class.
