Annual Queen Karen Barnes, the Editor of the 1957Bulldog, was chosen by her classmates for the honor of Annual Queen. Queen Karen was crowned at the school spring party and ruled over the event with— pomp and grandeur. ihe dress was of yellow taffeta under net. Other members of the coronation party were: Alverta Tice, Carole Creekmore, Vivian Mitchell, Robert Brill, Virgil Brower, Carol Smith, Larry Cornel ison, Freda Shaver, and Virginia McNown.
