Five hundred and twenty graduates listened to Texas Con- gresswoman Kay Bailey's commencement address as she urged the graduates to prepare themselves for a productive future. According to Ms. Bailey, in a lifetime the average college graduate earns S200,000.00 more than the non graduate.
