Physical Education plays a very important part in MacArthur's student activities. Students participate in softball, football, swimming and other exercises. During one of their eight semesters of P.E., they loin together in classrooms to study Health.

Representing MacArthur in Fine Arts are the Choir, Art, and Drama departments. Fine Art students spend many evenings after school working on plays, new songs, and art posters. These three departments cooperated in a ioint venture to produce MacArthur's first The Finer Things which featured works of Art, a dramatic production, choral music and modern dance.
