Stoebner, Robertson place in quarter-finals The track team started revamp- ing a new program in the '81 season, stated Coach Denny Peel. Hard work every day helped and paid off as everyone consistently im- proved their personal times each week. Most people who contributed to the track program were from foot- ball, baseball, and basketball squads. This is the most people we had in- volved in every sport, Coach Peel added. Robertson were the only individuals who advanced as the boys finished sixth at the end of the season. Robertson finished second in the District long jump and third in the quarter-finals, Stoebner finished first in District in the 300 meter hurdles and second in the quarter-final meet.
