The ROTC had its first Annual Federal Inspection, April 30. . .The cadets received an Honor Unit rating. . .Inspecting officer, Colonel Morris Schoss, president of the fourth U.S. Army Annual Federal Inspection Board, said . . . This is the best first year ROTC program I have ever inspected. Sergeant Freet discusses the ROTC's performance with Colonel Westmoreland. Robinson presents the Commandant's Medal to Richard Penn.

The Booster Club . . .composed of MacArthur supporting parents . . .the club does just what its name implies . . . it supports the spirit of both parents and students . . . President Maurice Holden and mem- bers make spirit promoting speeches. . .attend pep rallies . . . sponsor banquets for athletes . . . and aid the athletic program in various ways. Booster Club Backs Athletes Mr. Marvin Fletcher gives the invocation at the Alamo Heights pep Maurice Holden welcomes guests at the football banquet.
