He was also a member of the Beta and Tri Iota Clubs and Vice- President of Future Business Leaders of America. David was awarded the Youth in Religion Trophy by the San Antonio Optimist Club and attended the National Science Foundations Summer Biolo- gy Institute. af- aa-F9 MARY FLY-head cheerleader, served as a Bairn in the pep squad and Lady-in-Waiting at the Sweet- heart Ball her sophomore year. During her junior year, she was a member of the Homecoming court, Sweetheart Ball duchess, a class favorite and a member of the National Honor Society. Mary was Senior class favorite, a Beta Club and National Honor Society member and Sweetheart Ball Queen.

.IOHN RIQUELIVIE-president of the Beta Club, was a National Merit Scholarship finalist and presi- dent of the Future Business Leaders of America. He is a member of the Tri Iota Club and National Honor Society. In his junior year John won the English Award and was Most Outstanding Student. He attended the National Science Foundation Sum- mer Institute, and was a district winner in ready writing. PATSY GOODSTEIN-was nominated Class Fa- vorite as a sophomore and is noted for her fine leadership of the Future Homemakers of America of which she served as president. Patsy also reigned as the 1964 FHA Ball Queen. Besides FHA she served as Spanish Club Reporter, and as a member of the Student Council and Inter Club Council.

1 i i 1 DAVID MERIWETHER-Presidexit of the Tri Iota and Vice-President of the National Honor So- ciety, also played in 4'The King and Ii' and has been president of the Youth Choir for two years. David was also a member of the Science and Beta Clubs. ALAN HOUSER-organized the San Antonio Sci- ence Club Council and MacArthur Science Fair. He was a member of the Tri Iota Club, vice-president of the Science Club and National Honor Society Club member. Alan participated in the District Sci- ence Fair, and was a Winner in the lnterscholastic Number Sense competition. I
