During the Christmas Holidays, they were asked to participate in a program for WOAI Radio recorded at the First National Bank. They were also among the select group which sang for Channel 5. Touring the valley, Buccaneer Days, and Interscholastic League were some of the many activities that kept choir members busy. .'-up .W

The club encourages members to serve the school and community by helping in the Beta Book Store and serving on the Tutoring Committee. A Book Fan is held to benefit the MacArthur Library. Beta membels also volunteer to work for local libraries and hospitals Stu dents of high ability are invited to join the club during the spring of each year. Beta Club members demonstrate how they help students with their studies at a typical tutoring session.
