Each year a youth from another land enters new halls and con- tributes to the existing warmth and vitality. Our foreign students give much to MacArthur and in exchange receive the enthusiasm, integrity, and dedication of a Brahma. Brahmas turned out in full force to greet our Brazilian friend.

Little General Perhaps lVlacArthur's proudest and most clis- tinctive tradition is the mascot, Little General. This one ton symbol of Brahma spirit is seen at pep rallies and games and with each appearance there is a new burst of enthusiasm. Little General is a vital element of the school and an integral part of lVlacArthur's memories and future. I honestly still donft know how to express myself to tell you how happy I am to be here. I just can't believe it. Itls a dream that I had since I was ten years old, and then suddenly is realized. Sometimes I have to pinch myself to see if Fm not dreaming. Every day that I come to our dear and great MacArthur, I always learn something new, no matter if is about a subject or people. You'll find, no matter where you'll go that the most exciting thing is to meet people, you always find that they are the same, only the customs and language are different. The warmness and friendship that I find among you is something that 1'll never forget, even between the teachers, I always found a smile on their faces and they really made me feel at home.
