Willie Hudgins, 400 Meter Dash Regional Champ April 4th was the beginning of a successful season for the I984 Boys Track Team. This is a sport which re- quires a great deal of stamina. endurance, and dedication, for those involved. One man that has dedicated his time, knowledge, and experience to this sport is Coach Bill White. Mr. White has coached Boys Track for SPRI T several years and has had quite a few outstanding members. The '84 team consisted of 20 participants: Eric Bagley, Keith Booker, Darren Berry, Clark Carroll, John Conard, Troy Denson, Dennie Galloway, Gary Hack, Shawn Horton, Willie Hudgins, Eric Jackson, Fred Moore, Rodney Morgan. Darvin Moore, Rodney Pitts, Spence lat! xg, Coach spends time with runners before meet begins. Jock Talk We had a decent track season last year and next season looks very prom- ising , comments senior Spence Shipley. He also adds humorously Coach White's a sissy and the leapers got off. Working together is of vital importance while running on the relay teams.
