Newspaper Staff Works Hard The 1982-83 Dossmopolitan staff was made up of six seniors and two juniors. Editor Kim Greenwell was the only returning veteran from the '81 -2 staff Susie Koverman, who transferred from St. Cloud, Minnesota, where she worked on their paper, brought some new ideas, and served as Feature Editor. The staff spent many hours struggling with financial problems. To produce an 8-page newsprint paper would cost about 5300. Per issue, and multiplied times the number of issues desired, presented quite a problem in fund-raising, since the staff itself had to raise the printing expenses. Candy sales proved best of attempted fund-raisers and plans were made to produce a mimeographed paper in an effort to hold down costs. Five such issues were planned, The staff experienced much frustration as well as satisfaction during a year of learning to cope. C1 ,-a.'iX11S34.sI?E2.. ' I .. ' ' . f . ., A 148
