Dr. Veltkamp accepted a summer teaching assignment at Western Michigan University. Taylor has been very active at Dordt College. He taught economics, sociology, and political science. This year the English Depart- ment combined the Freshmen English course and the speech course to form a communica- tion skills course. Four drama courses have been approved. Two of them will begin next year. They are Theory of Drama and Play Selection and Play Writing and Play Production . The other two courses will be intro- duced in the 1970-71 school year.
