In October four members attended a work- Shop at Buena Vista College to share and gain ideas. Some of the various things the staff did were forming layouts, writ- ing copy, reporting on activi- ties, and collecting information of the organizations. Much of the photography was done by students. Dr. Bodnar, pic- tured at extreme left, did the formal pictures. Mr. R. Vander Zee was the faculty adviser. l23

They also published the Rock. This year the Diamond Staff did the layouts themselves whiCl1 required much more work and reduced expenses. By using 21 different type of paper, costs were reduced further. To facilitate their work, the staff purchased two elec- tric typewriters. Their photograph' ers and reporters were very active, covering many events. The faCUlfY adviser was Mr. M. Meeter.

St. Paul ratorio 1114.0-.f.,., as F Concert Choir with Alumni Members Sang ff On Sunday afternoon, November 26, the Concert Choir with some of its alumni members sang Mendelssohn's oratorio, St. Paul. November 8 was also a major event -the annual Fall Festival. All musical groups of Dordt participated. On March 27 the Concert Choir left for a six day tour of the states of Wisconsin, Illinois, and Minnesota. Following this tour sacred concerts were given in Sioux Center and Hull.
