During these days, students of area Christian high schools and Westmar College submitted and dis- played their original art, writ- ings, speeches, readings, and plays. Seminars on music, art, and literature were held in the afternoons. A music recital and an organ and harpsichord presentation highlighted the evenings. On Friday evening the choirs performed. They also published the Rock. This year the Diamond Staff did the layouts themselves whiCl1 required much more work and reduced expenses. By using 21 different type of paper, costs were reduced further. To facilitate their work, the staff purchased two elec- tric typewriters. Their photograph' ers and reporters were very active, covering many events. The faCUlfY adviser was Mr. M. Meeter.
