During these days, students of area Christian high schools and Westmar College submitted and dis- played their original art, writ- ings, speeches, readings, and plays. Seminars on music, art, and literature were held in the afternoons. A music recital and an organ and harpsichord presentation highlighted the evenings. On Friday evening the choirs performed. Their duties involved such things as enforcing rules, distributing mail, and providing guidance. The pep bands, constituted of con- cert band members, entertained dur- ing half time at all Dordt's home bas- ketball games. Students themselves directed the pep band. F wa.
