TO RETRIEVE THE FAMILY FORTUNE, miss Hester betrothed rose to wade carver, wealthy but habo-hearted NEiomofi, Daniel French, from the city, meets Rose by chance, and romance ccmes quickly. This brings about a quick tangling of the plot and many tense SITUATION, YET A VEIN OF COMEDY IS ALSO PROVIDED IN DELIGHTFUL FASHION.
