C- L 7 5 I s TO RY We, the senior clas entered Dor-Hi in 1935 as thirty-eight inexperienced freshmen. The following year found us with thirty members in our group. Our first two years were spent in accustoming ourselves to the general routine of things. During our junior year we took an active part in the first High School Carnival, staging the playlet Podger vs. Bolcher as our carnival stunt. We also acted as hosts to the seniors at the Junior Promenade led by prom king. Bob Sedlack and his queen, Frances Allar. Our present senior year finds us with twenty - three energetic individuals. The events of our last year followed each other in rapid succcsion. As aur stunt for the Carnival of '39 we presentea Colonel Arrows Amateur Hour. Perhaps the main event of our senior year was editing the Dorhian which we consider quite an achievement. On May 18, 1939, the seniors, under the direction of Miss Maxine Mason, presented the class play, Charm School .
