HARRIS, Jr. Mr. Harris, as a member of the teaching staff, took many of us through the intricacies of biology, and as a Sophomore Home Room teacher helped us to become more familiar with the ways of Senior High School. Mr. Harris, as Principal, still has our best interests in mind and on occasion continues to instruct us in the ways of Senior High School. The patience, understanding, firmness and sense of humor so descriptive of him as a teacher are, fortunately for us, reflected in Mr. Harris, the Principal. What manner of man? A merrier man Within the limit of becoming mirth I never spent an hour's talk withal. A proper man as one shall see in a summer's day. He was ever precise in promise-keeping. He was wont to speak plain and to the purpose. 1
