Membership in this organiza- tion is open to those people who have achieved outstanding recognition in publications and who have met the basic require- ments of the society. To be elected to QUILL AND SCROLL one must be of Junior or Senior standing. rank in the upper third of his class scholastically, have done outstanding work in editing, business managing, or writing: be recommended by the sponsor of the publication, and be approved by the Nation- al Office. One who is elected to QUILL AND SCROLL is a member for life.
