With the brilliant new cadence of one -hundred and seventy steps per minute, the Donna High School Band has become a spectacular marching unit. Incorporating the short, quick step of the Michigan State Band, the first division Redskin Band brings enthusiastic comment at per- formances all over the state. The band motto, The Best in Band Music became a reality when the group won a first division rating in both concert and marching. This was the first award of its kind to be won by this band in the past twenty-five years.
