For Samuel.W'.o8dl worth it was the old oaken bucket that hung in the well , for Thomas Hood was the fir trees dark and high , for those of us who have plepared Don it is Current River, which has brought pleasure, beauty, and fame phan and its vicinity, and from which we may derive much inspiration living. Its clear waters suggest honest, open dealing, its current's persistent flow, determined striving toward one's goal. Its changes, from blue, inviting ripples to dirty swollen torrents remind us that life, too, has its ups and downs. Finally, from the beauty and pleasure it gives so freely to so many, we may glimpse the enrichment of life through willing service.
