Hootenanny commences at DHS as generous seniors welcome bowing freshmen to their social debut. Toe tapping, hand clapping, finger snapping accompany twangy guitars as the Men from U of M croon, a la Peter, Paul, and Mary, Blowing in the Wind. Hearts burst with happiness as Roses and Lollipops offer a sweet treat for Dominicanites and the missions. Sparkling with anticipation yet tinted with youthful uncertainty, Molly Stackpoole and Sam Mahon are lured by Lollipops and Roses. 4 1 I I 7
