The Sodality Prefect crowns Our Blessed Lady. She is assisted by officers of the Sodality. Prep- arations for this event begin early in the year as we learn songs and hymns of praise. The sacristans add an extra polish to every piece of furniture in chapel. The finest linens and vestments are prepared for use. The grounds take on a special look. Everything is in readiness for that special day. Antoinette Asni, Marianne Cianciolo, Sharon Redmond, Joann Skalba, Carroll Baker and Joyce Bisschop hold their rosaries in readiness for the after-crowning prayers as the closing words of the hymn die away.
