Our Caictcrias UNION FREE SCHOOL CAFETERIA Miss Thompson, Mrs. Kilburn, Mrs. Youker VEN though our main cafeteria, in KINDE RGARTEN - - SA LISB URY C ENTER -.5 ,Q S 3 Gif' Mrs. Holmberg 1 what seems to be impossibly small quarters, serves over 300 meals daily, the system is so highly organized that the staff is able to serve a nutritious and attractive meal with little con- fusion. ln addition to serving 300 Union Free and High School pupils at tightly scheduled intervals of 30 minutes each. the staff sends 70 vacuum-packed lun- ches to the Kindergarten daily, and 40 more to band members who eat at the High School three times a week.
