September of '49 and our first Q .V real acquaintance with Prof. Loucks, our Senior homeroom teacher. gs, The Junior year under Miss Keidel. The prom--roses all over every thing! Everyone learning Q, g to make paper roses. Junior dances--year- Q book--social studies. x Cheerleading tryouts--getting chosen for the National Honor Society--BIG mom- Q ents for us. Even then graduation seemed a long way off. 5 ' Our Sophomore year in Study Hall. Poor Mr. Miller, ' our new home- room teacher, almost as bewildered as we about putting on a ....' school dance. Plaid shirts and blue jeans were the style at that period in our high school life, so we had a hobo dance. Q Q Our Fresh- 4 man year. We were so green! We s had finally made .. ff the upper hall. !Right from one graduation to prepare for another. But we'd :better stop reminiscing and start cramming for that English final We need those diplomas as firm stepping stones toward a bright and promising future. EX L ..
